The Accommodation

Discover and combine our three unique accommodations:
Alpenkönig, Zauberwald (available from May 2024), and Hüttenzauber for your family's stay! Each apartment has its own character and offers the opportunity to fully enjoy the breathtaking Alpine landscape.

In the entrance, to your right, you will find the Apartment Alpenkönig. Turn the massive key in the lock. Step through the rustic wooden door!

The spacious living area features several rarities, from the panoramic window to the 150-year-old farmhouse wardrobe, combined with a 42-inch TV with soundbar and an audio system.

The balcony is directly accessible from the living room. Your view captures the grazing sheep on the slope and the mountains of Mittenwald.

The kitchen invites you to cook with high-quality appliances and an induction stove! Right next to it is the dining table with a corner bench.

The bedroom is equipped with two combined beds measuring 90x190 cm and a large built-in wardrobe.

The bathroom is modernly designed, featuring a shower, toilet, bidet, and two sinks, complemented by a concealed washing machine and dryer.

In the entrance, to your left, you will find the Apartment Hüttenzauber.

The living area features several rarities, from the panoramic window to the farmhouse wardrobe from 1837 and access to the absolute highlight - the sleeping areas!

The first bedroom is equipped as once on the alpine pastures with two built-in single beds measuring 80x200 cm. The second bedroom features a single bed of the same size. The processed Swiss pine wood ensures deep sleep!

The balcony is also directly accessible from the living area.

The compact kitchen is equipped with all necessary appliances. Right next to it is the dining table with a bench and chairs.

The bathroom is practically designed, featuring a shower, toilet, bidet, and sink.

Please note: The kitchen, bathroom, and bedrooms in the Hüttenzauber apartment have limited height due to the sloping roof!

Your car will park in a dedicated parking space right in front of the holiday home “Zauberberg” during your stay. The Alpenkönig apartment has its own garage available.
