The house is on the outskirts of Krün, completely quiet in a ring road. Both the house and the garden
(which you are welcome to use) are very well maintained and offer direct access to the cross-country ski trail, ski and bike storage room in winter.
The sunny, quiet and spacious attic apartment with 2 bedrooms in the house built in 2001 has a wonderful alpine panorama and a south-facing balcony. From the bedrooms you have a beautiful view over the meadow to Wallgau.
