On theTerrain Cure Trail 1 through the Lain Valley around the Lautersee our spa guests experience the idyllic Lain Valley with a large waterfall and the excellently maintained hiking trails at the Lautersee on a varied circular tour against the unique backdrop of the Wetterstein Mountains.
The starting point of the Terrainkurweg 1 through the Laintal valley around the Lautersee is the railway station in Mittenwald. This is easily reached by train and various buses. From there, you walk past the pedestrian zone and the striking church tower into the Laintalstraße of the historic district of Gries. At the end of the street, the Laintal begins with a slight ascent. The ascending hiking trail leads upwards to the right of the Laintal
waterfall and on to the Lautersee. The Lake circuit goes around the Lautersee and then back through the Laintal back to the starting point in Mittenwald.
