Start: City Hall Wallgau - Destination: City Hall Wallgau
Via the Golfplatzrundweg in Wallgau, the hike leads through the wintry meadows, past the Golfalm to the Isarsteg and along the Auhüttenweg along the Isar to Krün. From there, take the Hofgartenweg along the canal back to Wallgau.

The start of this hike is at Wallgau town hall, accessible via the bus stop of the same name or the "Wallgau Zentrum" car park on Soiernstraße. First follow the road by the Kurpark into Flößerstraße until you reach the junction Schöttlstraße, golf course. Continue along the meadows to the Golfalm. Hikers can stop and warm up in the cosy log cabin. In a large arc along the golf course circular path, you reach the Isarsteg, cross itand then hike to the right of the Isar on the Auhüttenweg to Krün. Here you cross the bridge over the Isar again and walk straight ahead in the direction of the town hall/tourist information and then turn right again immediately before the Isar canal bridge into the Hofgartenweg. Follow this winter hiking trail back to Wallgau.
