In the world cup ski resort Garmisch-Partenkirchen you have in addition to the Zugspitzbahn many other cableways to choose from: With the Eckerbauerbahn you can gondel up next to the ski jump stadium in Garmisch-Partenkirchen. The little Graseckbahn connects Partnachklamm with Graseck. All around the “Panoramaberg” Wank you may watch the paragliders and hike enjoying the many magnificent views. Kreuzeckbahn and Alpspitzbahn are not only popular ski lifts in winter. Tip: Directly next to the border to Tirol lies Seefeld with the skiing areas Roßhütte and Geschwandtkopf. You will have a lot of family fun on the summer toboggan run at the Kolbensattel next to Oberammergau.
