If you subscribe to our newsletter, we also store and use it on the basis of Art. f GDPR, the personal data you provide when booking and your trip in order to provide you with the best possible service as a newsletter subscriber.
The legal basis for the processing of the data after the user has registered for the newsletter is Art. a GDPR.
Furthermore, we use the personal data stored by us for the maintenance of customer relations, for customer support (e.g. information on the course of your stay), for the implementation of our own advertising and marketing measures (e.g. the sending of catalogues or other advertising broadcasts within the legally permissible framework, questions about customer satisfaction) and for order processing.


4. Legal basis for the processing of personal data

Insofar as we obtain the consent of the data subject for processing transactions of personal data, Art. a EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) as the legal basis.
In the case of the processing of personal data necessary for the performance of a contract to which the data subject is a party, Art. b GDPR as the legal basis. This also applies to processing operations necessary for the implementation of pre-contractual measures.
Insofar as processing of personal data is necessary for the fulfilment of a legal obligation to which our company is subject, Art. c GDPR as the legal basis.
